Role Overview
- Responsible for the contracting, calculation, analysis, and reporting of all U.S. government programs
- Ensure compliance with federal and state regulations
- Lead the calculation and submission of all mandated government pricing metrics
- Monitor and interpret proposed federal policy rules
- Collaborate with Legal, Finance, and Market Access teams
- Oversee the administration of government contracts VA/FSS and ensure audit readiness
- Provide data-driven insights to help shape Insulet’s response to legislative changes
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree
- 10+ years of experience in government pricing/contracting within the pharmaceutical or medical device industry
- Deep understanding of CMS regulations, Medicaid Drug Rebate Program, 340B, and FSS, VA, DOD and Tricare
- Proven experience in managing complex policy changes and government reporting systems
- Experience overseeing federal contract compliance
