About this role
Role Overview
Organize appointments, meetings and briefings, ensuring deadlines and workflows are monitored
Manage filing and follow-up reminders, and support the manager and the team in day-to-day operations
Prepare and maintain reports, statistics and presentations with attention to detail and a clear overview
Support internal projects, contributing to smooth processes through your commitment
Conduct research on specified platforms and actively support the prequalification process
Coordinate workshops, training sessions and internal meetings – from preparation through to follow-up
Requirements
Vocational training in a commercial field (e.g., office management clerk, industrial clerk, or office communication clerk)
Strong organizational skills, team spirit, excellent communication skills and discretion
Independent and structured working style
Confident user of MS Office
Very good written and spoken German; English skills are an advantage
Driving license class B
