Lead and develop Manufacturing Engineering, Maintenance, and Test Engineering teams.
Own manufacturing processes, tooling, fixtures, and test systems.
Lead preventive and corrective maintenance programs for equipment, facilities, and grounds.
Identify, justify, and execute capital equipment and facilities projects.
Drive cost reduction through process improvement, automation, and waste elimination.
Support New Product Introduction and Engineering Change Order implementation.
Ensure compliance with safety, ISO 9001, and CMBS requirements.
