Set up the systems and processes to manage and support the creator community effectively.
Create and maintain the creator participation tracker (shows confirmed, tentative, declined).
Build the campaign asset library (scripts, graphics, messaging documents) including the creator onboarding materials
Improve campaign briefs and materials as needed, to make them clear, compelling, and engaging for creators
Set up and manage a central communication platform (e.g. Discord) for creators.
Drive creator participation and partnerships.
Proactively source and onboard new creator partners
Manage the creator onboarding workflow once creators agree
Distribute campaign assets to creators (scripts, visual assets, calls-to-action, landing pages)
Act as the main point of contact, providing creators with the resources and connections they need (e.g., content assets, expert access)
Build relationships with creators to maintain trust, excitement, and momentum leading up to launch
Coordinate the campaign launch and monitor activities in real time.
Keep a master schedule of creator posts and coordinate their release timing.
Monitor creator production progress before launch.
Monitor creator uploads on launch day.
Watch engagement spikes and campaign activity.
Coordinate rapid troubleshooting during launch.
Maintain a real-time dashboard of campaign activity.
