Build executive-ready performance reporting and insights
Design and deliver management dashboards that bring together leading and lagging indicators of performance
Translate complex datasets into clear, intuitive visual narratives for senior and executive audiences
Support stakeholders to understand what’s happening, why it’s happening, and what actions may follow
Evaluate and strengthen intelligence inputs
Assess internal and external datasets to determine their contribution to insight quality, accuracy, and timeliness
Provide evidence-based recommendations on where additional data adds value and where it does not
Analyse segments, cohorts, and outcomes
Conduct segment and cohort analysis to identify trends, risks, and opportunities
Produce insight packs covering areas such as conversion, cancellations, drop-offs, and performance variation to support planning and forecasting
Support AI-enabled analytics
Contribute to the development and improvement of AI and LLM-supported analytics, including prompt design, testing, and evaluation
Clearly document findings and recommendations to enable effective handover to build and delivery teams

Comfortable working with large, complex datasets across multiple systems and definitions
Proven delivery of end-to-end analytics, from stakeholder discovery and metric definition through to insight presentation
Able to work with evolving problem statements in a delivery-focused, project or sprint-based environment
Experience building dashboards and reports using tools such as Power BI, Tableau, Qlik, or similar platforms
Hands-on data manipulation experience using SQL and/or Python to extract, clean, and validate data from multiple sources
A structured, hypothesis-driven approach to analysis, including root cause, trend, and variance analysis
