Role Overview
Analyze financial information to forecast business expectations and develop financial analytics solutions for strategic planning
Develop investment values and conduct deal analysis associated with M&A, integrations, and divestitures
Interpret data and propose strategies based on future risk trends, market, and industry influences
Evaluate current and historical financial data
Study economic and business trends and be current with business and economic issues relevant to the client's business
Utilize technology and tools to provide innovative high value services
Consistently deliver quality client services by monitoring progress and demonstrating in-depth technical capabilities and professional knowledge
Requirements
5-8+ years of related experience
Extensive experience performing in-depth company valuations
Strong experience in building detailed operating and cash flow models
Client facing experience from consulting, public accounting, private equity, venture capital or investment banking
Advanced financial modeling experience required
Bachelor's degree in Business, Accounting, Finance, Economics, Engineering or related field, plus five years of post-bachelor’s work experience involving financial analysis; OR a Master’s degree in the same fields plus five years of related work experience
Minimum of 4 years of team lead or in-charge experience overseeing staff on multiple engagements
Willingness to travel up to 25% to meet client needs
