Handle a variety of insured litigation including professional liability, product liability, and construction
Engage in client interactions
Participate in hearings, depositions, and trials

Minimum of 6 years of experience in defending insured litigation
Strong analytical abilities
Excellent research, writing, and verbal communication skills
Commitment to superior client service and professionalism
Self-starter, highly motivated, and disciplined
Ability to work well as part of a team
Willingness to lead a team in solving problems
Trial experience preferred but not required
Must be licensed and admitted to practice in New Hampshire
Admission in additional states helpful but not required (Maine, Vermont, Massachusetts)
