Requirements Gathering : Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand their objectives, needs, and challenges. Conduct interviews, workshops, and research to elicit and document functional and technical requirements.
Solution Design and Documentation : Work closely with stakeholders and development teams to translate business requirements into detailed system specifications, use cases, and user stories. Document functional and non-functional requirements, process flows, and data models.
Collaboration and Communication : Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams to ensure successful implementation and integration of IT solutions.
Knowledge in methodology (Agile, Kanban, Scrum, Waterfall, Lean..) or are used to work on change activities with matrixial teams using Agile or V approaches. Knowledge in project management methodology (PMI, SCRUM, Prince2, …)
Testing and Quality Assurance: Support the testing team by reviewing test cases, conducting functional testing, and participating in user acceptance testing (UAT) to validate that the implemented solutions meet the business requirements.

In-depth knowledge of banking sector (accounting, regulatory) is mandatory.
Knowledge of CALYPSO is a plus.
Strong SQL proficiency for interacting with databases, executing queries, and performing data manipulation and analysis.
Certifications: ECBA, CCBA, CBAP is a plus
Agile certification: PSPO
Fluent in French and English (is mandatory)
Have a minimum of 5 years of experience with Business Analyst
Hold a degree in computer science (apprenticeship is a plus)
