Role Overview
- Serve as a trusted advisor for enterprise customers
- Drive a cross-functional, unified customer experience using technical, communication, and collaboration skills
- Enable customers to rapidly onboard, adopt, and realize business value through VMware's technology
- Collaborate with teams to craft a joint Success Plan and drive improvements in customer operations
Requirements
- Candidates must live in the National Capital Region and hold an active Top Secret security clearance with polygraph
- Bachelor's degree preferred. Relevant year's experience in lieu of a degree may be considered.
