Role Overview
- Lead, manage, and develop a team of Business Development Managers and Internal sales
- Create a high-performance culture focused on new business generation and revenue growth
- Provide coaching on complex cloud infrastructure sales cycles
- Deliver quarterly and annual revenue targets across IaaS, GPU cloud, and hosting services
- Build a strong new business pipeline within target verticals including SaaS, AI, fintech, and digital platforms
- Define the go-to-market strategy for the company’s cloud infrastructure portfolio
- Develop relationships with CIOs, CTOs, and technology leaders
Requirements
- 5+ year’s experience in technology sales with at least 2 years in sales leadership
- Proven success selling: Infrastructure-as-a-Service, Cloud hosting, Managed cloud services, Data centre or colocation services
- Track record of delivering significant new business revenue
- Strategic sales leadership
- Pipeline forecasting and CRM discipline
- Strong technical literacy in cloud and infrastructure
- Commercially driven with a strong growth mindset
- Strong communicator and team motivator
