About this role
Role Overview
Manage the financial execution of public contracts and agreements
Manage third-party files and mandatary files
Process purchase orders and commitments (AP/CP) and authorizations to commit (AE)
Monitor mandates, payment orders (titles) and grants
Contribute to dashboards, cost studies and accounting inventory
Participate in budget preparation (operating & capital)
Enter proposals into SÉDIT
Contribute to AP/CP and authorizations to commit
Monitor budget attachments, carryovers and specific accounting operations
Verify budget credits, account allocations and supporting documents
Process invoices and ensure compliance with payment deadlines
Serve as the interface between departments and the Finance Directorate
Analyze payment rejections and follow up on process quality
Enter contracts into SÉDIT Finance/Markets and PES Marché
Verify documentation, perform financial control and mandate payments
Monitor price revisions, advances, interim payments and retention guarantees
Update contract monitoring dashboards
Provide assistance to the contract managers of the DGA
Requirements
Mastery of accounting procedures, the M57 chart of accounts (nomenclature M57) and budgetary rules
Good knowledge of public procurement regulations
Comfortable with SÉDIT Marianne, Excel, GED (document management) and office software
Rigour, strong organizational skills and a sense of planning
Ability to work cross-functionally and to meet deadlines
