Install, configure and administer Windows Server and Linux systems.
Monitor and analyze system events (logs, alerts, incidents).
Implement and maintain monitoring and alerting tools.
Ensure proper operation of services: backups, antivirus, security, capacity planning.
Perform updates, version upgrades and maintenance operations in coordination with vendors and project managers.
Monitor and optimize system environment performance.
Diagnose and resolve level 2 and 3 incidents.

Contribute to the industrialization and standardization of environments.
Administer Oracle and PostgreSQL databases: create instances, manage users, and monitor environments.
Implement and test backups and restorations.
Maintain database operational documentation and procedures.
Support project managers on database-related needs (schemas, environments, deployments).
Work in collaboration with an expert DBA or external provider for advanced topics (tuning, SQL optimization, complex architectures).
Assist project managers and users in incident resolution.
Administer access rights and user accounts.
Raise awareness among teams about IT security best practices.
Write and maintain technical documentation (procedures, operational records).
Keep up to date with technological developments and propose relevant improvements.

Diploma equivalent to Bac+2 to Bac+5 in IT, systems or networks.
Minimum 2 years of experience in systems infrastructure and database administration.
Ideally experience in local government or the public sector.
Proven administration skills on Linux and Windows Server.
Good understanding of IT architectures: networking, storage, virtualization, security.
Experience with VMware environments (clusters, HA, vMotion, snapshots).
Proficient with Active Directory / Microsoft domain environments.
Knowledge of backup solutions (strategy, retention, restoration).
Strong skills in monitoring and incident diagnosis.
Experience using a ticketing system (e.g., GLPI).
Administration experience with Oracle and PostgreSQL (instances, users, routine operations).
Backup, restore and database monitoring skills.
Ability to write operational procedures.
Capability to escalate to an expert DBA when necessary.
Familiarity with core cybersecurity principles (access management, hardening, monitoring).
Awareness of GDPR requirements and their application in IT systems.
