You will continuously develop HateAid’s corporate design and ensure a consistent visual identity for our brand – including by formulating design guidelines.
You are a digital all-rounder and can quickly create attention-grabbing, audience-appropriate visuals for current events and topics as videos, reels, stories, animations, or infographics.
You transform input from colleagues into animations, infographics, or videos, and skillfully present internal and external experts for these formats.
You develop creative design concepts and layouts for all types of HateAid marketing and communication materials, from business cards and brochures to merchandise.
You assist with obtaining quotes (e.g., from printers) and with communication with service providers.

A university degree or vocational training in relevant fields such as Communication Design is helpful, but we value personality and expertise more than formal qualifications.
You have at least 2 years of practical experience in a digital agency, a social editorial team, or a similar environment.
Ideally, you have basic knowledge of creating accessible PDFs.
You can work with the Adobe Creative Suite (especially InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop and Premiere; basic knowledge of After Effects is a plus).
You work precisely and have an eye for detail – but you also know when your inner perfectionism needs a break.
You are eager to work in a digitally oriented organization.
You are politically aware and want to engage against digital violence.
You value our diverse society and are willing to develop further, broaden your perspective, and keep learning.
