8+ years of experience in infrastructure, systems, or data center engineering, with 3+ years in a leadership or management role
Strong hands-on background in physical data center infrastructure, systems engineering, and operations
Solid understanding of networking fundamentals and architecture (switching, routing, redundancy, traffic flows, and troubleshooting)
Experience with Linux environments, virtualization platforms (VMware, KVM, Proxmox, etc.), and automation tools
Familiarity with observability platforms and reliability best practices
Proven ability to lead complex projects while developing engineers and technical leaders
Clear communicator across technical and business audiences
