Build and maintain features using Ruby on Rails across our web platform and APIs.
Write clean, well-tested, and maintainable code.
Contribute to a strong culture of automated testing and continuous delivery.
Participate in technical discussions, architecture decisions, and prioritization of technical improvements.
Collaborate with the team to improve our engineering practices and development processes.
Work across the stack when needed, contributing to backend, APIs, and occasionally frontend or infrastructure.

Vast experience and strong proficiency in Ruby on Rails
Intermediate to advanced English proficiency
Experience using AI-assisted development tools (e.g., Cursor, Windsurf, Claude Code)
Strong commitment to clean code and automated testing
Experience working in environments with frequent deployments and continuous delivery
Comfortable working across different parts of the stack.
