Work on a development team utilizing Agile scrum methodology, responsible for developing and maintaining agency wide PaaS capability deployed across multiple security domains
The PaaS environment supports multiple tenants deploying various application stacks and data services
O&M of existing Red Hat OpenShift environment across multiple security domains in both Cloud and datacenter (vSphere) environments
Support OpenShift operators and frameworks including Crossplane, Kyverno, RedHat GitOps
Deploy OpenShift to new sites as they come online
Work with internal and external teams to understand integration requirements and scale existing platforms to meet them
Work with Security to ensure ongoing compliance and develop secure solutions
Support data services including RabbitMQ, Redis, PostgreSQL, Elastic Stack
Compile detailed documentation

Bachelor's Degree in Computer Programming, Science, Engineering or a related technical discipline, or equivalent combination of education, technical training, or work/military experience
5-8 years Developer experience
Experience deploying and managing RedHat OpenShift in a cloud and/or vSphere environment
Experience with Amazon Web Services
Python, Shell scripting, Git (desired)
Linux distributions: RHEL/RHCOS, CentOS
CI/CD orchestration tools: GitLab CI, Jenkins, GitOps
Container technology: Docker, Kubernetes, and Cloud Native Computing Foundation ecosystem in general
