Account Sales Executive – Weekend Cover

Role Overview

• Take warm leads and turn them into confirmed bookings
• Build genuine connections with clients and keep them engaged throughout the process
• Listen to customer needs and suggest the right cleaning solution
• Keep track of all client interactions in the CRM
• Hit your sales targets consistently and help the business grow

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years’ experience in telesales, direct sales, or account management
• Confident, professional English (spoken and written)
• Able to work independently from home
• Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills
• Comfortable with Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and CRM systems
• Calm under pressure and able to handle rejection positively
• Own device (laptop/computer), with a dependable fibre or wi-fi connection of at least 20mbps.
