Utilize a range of sourcing methods to identify potential candidates, including job boards, social media, networking sites, and direct outreach.
Build and maintain a network of potential candidates for current and future job openings.
Develop and execute targeted search strategies to identify and attract passive candidates.
Work closely with recruiters and hiring managers to understand job requirements and client needs.
Provide regular updates on sourcing progress and candidate pipeline status.
Maintain and update candidate information in the applicant tracking system (ATS) or recruitment database.
Ensure candidate records are accurate and up-to-date, including tracking interactions and status.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience in recruiting, human resources, or a related field.
At least one year of experience in sourcing, recruitment, outbound sales; experience with healthcare or clinical roles is a plus.
Experience using ATS/CRM systems and sourcing platforms such as LinkedIn, job boards, and Boolean search.
Proficiency in speaking, reading, writing, and understanding the English language as required for effective performance of job duties.
Possess an overall knowledge of business functions and understanding of services, business strategy, policies and procedures, and job’s impact to the organization.
Work with electronic hardware and software applications specific to the role.
