About this role
Role Overview
Qualify inbound leads (events, website, marketing campaigns, and internal database);
Conduct active outbound prospecting for B2B companies;
Use LinkedIn Sales Navigator and other tools to map decision-makers;
Engage with leads via calls, emails, and personalized messages;
Book qualified meetings for the sales team;
Keep the CRM updated with records and follow-ups;
Requirements
Experience as an SDR, in pre-sales, or in prospecting
Knowledge of inbound and outbound sales
Proficiency with CRM systems (Zoho CRM is a plus)
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Proactive, resilient, and results-oriented
Experience in B2B or technology (SaaS / IT / software) is desirable
