Role Overview
- Automate and enhance business processes through Salesforce configuration and development using Flows, Lightning Web Components (HTML, CSS, and JavaScript), and Apex.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams in an Agile environment.
- Participate in sprint ceremonies and use tools such as JIRA for task tracking and Git for version control.
- Design, develop, test, and document high-quality solutions on the Salesforce platform that support critical business processes.
- Apply engineering best practices to deliver scalable, maintainable solutions.
- Contribute to continuous improvement of processes, technical standards, and overall system performance.
Requirements
- Quick learner with a strong interest in new technologies and platforms
- Passion for building high-quality, scalable solutions
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to clean, maintainable work
- Familiarity with version control systems such as Git
- Foundational understanding of object-oriented programming principles
