Define and execute the technical vision for SEON’s Identity Verification systems across ML models and full-stack application layers
Lead end-to-end delivery of high-impact initiatives, from model development to backend services and frontend integration
Guide architecture and best practices to ensure scalability, reliability, performance, and security
Drive production excellence in ML, including monitoring, validation, and lifecycle management
Foster strong collaboration across Engineering, Product, Design, and Customer Success
Build a high-performance culture through coaching, hiring, and continuous team development
Requirements
3+ years of experience managing engineering teams and delivering complex software products
Strong understanding of production ML systems, ideally in computer vision, biometrics, or fraud detection
Experience owning the full ML lifecycle, from data and training to deployment and monitoring
Solid background in SaaS or distributed systems, including backend APIs and modern frontend frameworks
Familiarity with cloud infrastructure, containerization, and CI/CD practices
Strong architectural thinking, communication skills, and a data-driven problem-solving mindset
Cloud & DevOps Savvy: Solid experience with containerization (Docker), orchestration (Kubernetes), and cloud providers (AWS preferred, including experience with infrastructure as code tools like Terraform).
Agile & Adaptability: Proven ability to thrive in a fast-paced, Agile development environment, demonstrating strong adaptability and problem-solving skills for ambiguous and complex challenges.
