About this role
Role Overview
Own and manage the full sales cycle, from pipeline creation through close.
Be able to run an efficient sales demonstration including the technical fit.
Build and develop a strong pipeline.
Represent Breadcrumb in market
networking, industry events and client site meetings.
Close deals typically ranging from $5k–$30k ARR.
Engage and influence multiple stakeholders, from project teams to C-suite executives.
Collaborate closely with BDRs on outbound strategy and inbound qualification.
Partner with Customer Success and Product to ensure strong customer outcomes and expansion opportunities.
Spend time in the field meeting customers and prospects in person.
Provide feedback from the market to help shape product direction and go-to-market strategy.
Requirements
Minimum 3 years of Account Executive experience
Helpful, but not essential to have either Contech or construction industry background
Proficiency with our key sales tools
Hubspot, Lusha, Fathom
Experience closing deals in the $5-40K range
Demonstrated ability to build pipeline, not just work inbound leads
Comfortable selling to a wide range of stakeholders, from operators to executive leadership
Experience working closely with Customer Success and Product teams
Entrepreneurial mindset with strong curiosity and ownership mentality
Ability to be technical in conversations and pull in the right internal resources when needed
Willingness to travel and conduct business in person.
