About this role
Role Overview
Develop and execute a product strategy that supports international growth and market expansion.
Partner with the Chief Product Officer to shape the broader product roadmap and strategic direction.
Identify and prioritise product opportunities that unlock growth in new markets.
Ensure the product evolves to support localisation and market-specific needs.
Spend time directly with customers and prospects across international markets to understand their day-to-day operational challenges.
Translate real-world construction workflows and pain points into meaningful product improvements.
Champion customer adoption to ensure users derive maximum value from the platform.
Work closely with Sales, Marketing, Engineering, and Customer Success to support key deals, drive adoption, and reduce churn.
Collect and synthesise product feedback from commercial teams operating in growth markets.
Advocate for product priorities across the organisation to ensure the right resources are aligned to global goals.
Help build and nurture a strong product culture where teams take pride in the platform and the impact it delivers.
Mentor Product Managers and contribute to building product frameworks, practices, and ways of working.
Partner with the Innovation team on initiatives that will accelerate the company’s growth.
Requirements
8+ years’ experience in Product Management, with strong experience in B2B SaaS environments.
Proven experience scaling products in high-growth companies and supporting international market expansion.
Strong strategic thinking combined with a hands-on approach to product discovery and customer engagement.
Experience partnering closely with executive leadership and influencing product direction.
Ability to balance commercial opportunity, localisation needs, and platform scalability when prioritising roadmaps.
Comfortable collaborating cross-functionally with Engineering, Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success.
Strong communication and storytelling skills when aligning stakeholders and influencing decisions.
Experience with enterprise customers and complex sales cycles is highly valuable.
Exposure to North American market dynamics and/or operational industries such as construction, infrastructure, or industrial tech is highly desirable.
