Design and development of training and enablement programs for consumer electronics retail.
Delivery of regional, national and online training sessions.
Subject-matter leadership and coordination of trainers within the project.
Close alignment with Channel Marketing and Sales to ensure consistent content.
Development of training materials (product, sales arguments, retail excellence).
Evaluation of training effectiveness using defined KPIs.
Adaptation of international training content for the German market.
Requirements
Several years of experience in retail training, sales training or enablement.
Ideally experience in the consumer electronics or tech sector.
Strong instructional/didactic skills and a confident presence.
Structured, self-directed working style and proficient use of the Adobe Suite and Google Suite for creating, preparing and organizing training content.
Excellent German and English skills, both written and spoken, are required.
Willingness to travel within Germany.
