Project Manager – SaaS Implementation

Role Overview

• Lead complex Sprinklr implementation projects for US enterprise clients.
• Define and execute project plans aligned with technical scope and business objectives.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams and act as the main point of contact for clients.
• Track project health, manage risks, timelines, and stakeholder expectations.
• Facilitate executive updates, project committees, and key milestones.
• Ensure a smooth transition from implementation to client success and ongoing support.
• Support key phases such as kickoffs and go-lives (up to 15% travel, occasional on-site).

Requirements

• Background in CRM platforms such as HubSpot or similar tools.
• Experience managing enterprise SaaS or CRM implementations.
• Strong ability to lead cross-functional teams and client communications.
• Skilled at translating technical requirements into clear plans and timelines.
• Strategic, collaborative mindset with a strong focus on delivery and client satisfaction.
• High attention to detail and passion for driving successful project outcomes.
