Lead, coach and support a team of People Compliance Specialists, managing workloads, priorities, performance and wellbeing
Ensure the accurate and timely delivery of compliance activities, including DSARs, HR audits and employment document governance
Act as a key contributor to audit delivery, maintaining strong standards of document management and audit readiness
Produce and maintain high-quality compliance MI, using advanced Excel skills to analyse, cleanse and report data
Work closely with HR, Payroll, Legal, Recruitment and wider People Services teams to deliver consistent, trusted compliance outcomes

Proven management, supervisory or team leader experience within HR, compliance or a shared services environment
Strong working knowledge of DSAR processes, GDPR and confidentiality requirements
Microsoft Excel capability i.e., pivot tables, lookups, data manipulation etc
Excellent organisational skills, with the ability to manage competing priorities and deliver to SLAs
A proactive, detail-focused mindset with strong stakeholder management and communication skills
