About this role
Role Overview
- Oversee vehicle packs to ensure information is accurate and current
- Maintain packs with relevant and new information
- Ensure that the fleet is inspected in line with the undertakings of the Company Operator License
- Review of repair and maintenance tasks to make sure they are carried out in the most cost effective manner
- Support the Transport Manager with fleet management
Requirements
- Experience of managing conflicting priorities in a fast moving environment
- Planning and organising skills within a warehouse operation
- Support and encourage a good team working spirit
- Ensure that the Transport Team work effectively
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to develop and coach teams
