Analyze and interpret Workday HR data to deliver accurate reporting, insights, and process improvements that support HR and business decision‑making
Partner closely with HR and functional stakeholders to translate requirements into Workday reporting solutions, validate data, and communicate insights that improve operational efficiency and data quality
Analyze and interpret data from Workday and related HR data sources to support reporting, insights, and business decisions
Design, build, and maintain Workday reports and dashboards, ensuring data accuracy and consistency
Partner with HR and business stakeholders to gather requirements, validate results, and translate needs into reporting solutions
Perform root‑cause analysis to identify data irregularities, discrepancies, and reporting issues; present findings and recommended solutions
Support large‑scale initiatives and projects with limited direction, managing multiple tasks and priorities within targeted timelines
Support the design, testing, and implementation of reporting, process, or system enhancements, including participation in UAT
Apply quantitative and analytical techniques to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for improvement
Communicate findings and insights effectively to non‑technical stakeholders, both verbally and visually
Independently engage with customers and business partners to support reporting needs and validate outcomes
Perform other duties as assigned
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in business, economics, statistics, mathematics, actuarial science, public health, health informatics, healthcare administration, finance or related field or equivalent experience
2+ years of experience working with large databases, data verification, and data management, or 1+ years IT experience
