About this role
Role Overview
Serving as the primary day‑to‑day liaison between Solve Studio and internal business partners
Ensuring marketing initiatives are accurately scoped, strategically aligned to business objectives and executed with excellence
Partnering closely with Solve Studio pillar leads and strategy teams on briefs, work sessions, and presentations for Tier 1 initiatives
Leading account management for Tier 2 and Tier 3 programs
Translating business and marketing briefs into clear, actionable plans
Maintaining project budget integrity, tracking and forecasting
Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree or higher
10+ years of experience in account management, client services, marketing, or integrated campaign leadership
Strong background in marketing strategy and campaign development
Demonstrated experience managing multiple projects and stakeholders simultaneously
Excellent communication, facilitation, and negotiation skills
Highly organized, proactive, and comfortable balancing strategic thinking with hands‑on delivery
