Use detailed technical and application knowledge to test web-based and desktop products
Make significant contributions throughout the software development lifecycle including requirements gathering, risk analysis, testing, troubleshooting, and deployment
Contribute to automation test frameworks for both web and desktop
Contribute to CI/CD code and infrastructure
Plan, develop, and execute tests for web-based and desktop applications
Develop and maintain test scenarios
Write and execute validation protocols
Provide internal support to Development, Client Services, and Sales teams

B.S. Degree in computer science or related scientific discipline
3+ years of applicable experience with software QA testing web-based applications and desktop products
Experience with test automation software
Writing automated test scripts
Code based functional/unit tests
Experience with CI platforms such as GitLab CI/CD, GitHub Actions, Azure Pipelines, Jenkins, or TeamCity
Experience working with load and performance testing tools
Experience testing Java web applications is highly preferred
Experience with at least one API testing framework is highly preferred
Experience with Playwright and Selenium
Experience with Docker
Experience with AI Coding Agents is beneficial
Knowledge and interest in collaborative development methodologies such as Agile, Scrum or Kanban
