Role Overview
- Lead the frontend team and drive technical decisions;
- Design and maintain frontend architecture, ensuring high code quality;
- Select, implement, and improve technologies, standards, and best practices;
- Review code and mentor developers;
- Plan tasks and collaborate closely with product, design, and backend teams;
- Optimize interface performance and ensure stability.
Requirements
- Strong proficiency in JavaScript and TypeScript, with a solid understanding of core language concepts;
- Experience building scalable and maintainable frontend architecture;
- Ability to work without reliance on a specific framework (framework-agnostic mindset);
- Experience with Web APIs, real-time communication (WebSocket/SSE), and API integration;
- Solid understanding of frontend performance, stability, and optimization techniques;
- Experience with code reviews, mentoring, and maintaining code quality standards;
- Experience with SSR or backend-related technologies (e.g., ASP.NET Core / Razor);
- Experience working with high-load systems;
- Familiarity with CI/CD tools (e.g., GitLab CI);
- Previous Tech Lead or leadership experience (nice to have);
- Upper Intermediate level of English.
