Provide exceptional customer service to clients (order follow-up, information requests, billing inquiries, etc.)
Provide administrative support to the department (management of promotional items, document archiving, client account setup, report writing, budget distribution, etc.)
Review tender/bid files from initiation to submission
Validate pricing, update price changes in the SAP system and communicate them to sales representatives
Analyze quotation requests to provide fair and accurate pricing to clients
Maintain and update the contract tracking table
Analyze transportation rates and customer profitability
Support the sales team with daily requests
Perform any other related duties
Requirements
2 to 5 years of experience in sales representation
Strong written communication skills
Proven experience in client development
Good computer skills (Excel and Microsoft Office Suite)
Bilingual – spoken and written French and English
DEC (Diploma of College Studies) in Sales, Business Management or equivalent education combined with professional experience (an asset)
Good knowledge of the aviation and fuel sector (an asset)
