About this role

Join Staycation as a Junior International Business Developer and play a key role in expanding our network of hotel partners across multiple markets.
Your mission will be to introduce Staycation to new hotel partners, build long-term relationships, and ensure they succeed on our platform.
Sign hotels by managing the full sales cycle, from initial contact through onboarding.
Build strong engagement with our partner hotels and guide them to early successes on our platform.
Optimize partners’ positioning to ensure they meet local user expectations.
Secure partnerships with key hotels, managing the complete sales cycle across different markets.

At least one prior experience in business development or sales, preferably in startups or the tech sector.
Affinity for or experience in the hospitality industry, or studies in hospitality/tourism.
Fluency in French and Spanish.
Proficient working knowledge of English.
A passion for challenges, resilience, and creativity in overcoming obstacles.
Excellent communication and active listening skills.
Entrepreneurial mindset and the ambition to implement new ideas.
