Role Overview
- Travel daily to stores within the Region to conduct physical inventories of store merchandise utilizing a handheld scanner
- Verifying merchandise and cash in each of the Circle K Company stores by conducting a physical count
- Notifying store managers of wrong prices and pull out-of-code merchandise
- Counting and verifying cash assets on site
- Verifying money orders, lottery tickets inventory and bank deposits
- Verifying gasoline inventory
- Perform surveys to verify compliance with operational and financial procedures
- Working in safe manner by complying with procedures, rules, and regulations
- Working independently with little supervision
- Performing multi-tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Contributing to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed
Requirements
- High school diploma or GED preferred
- Requires 1 year of inventory auditing experience or retail experience in a convenience store environment
- Must have a valid driver’s license with no major offenses and current liability car insurance
- Occasional overnight travel may be required.
