About this role
Role Overview
The TM Sales Analyst (SA) is a key contact for Treasury Management customers.
The SA for complex corporate account relationships serves as the primary back-up to Treasury Management Consultants (TMCs) and assists with the selling of treasury management solutions and the management of the overall sales process.
Ensure that optimal levels of services are made available.
Assist TMCs in revenue-generating activities and providing primary client support through direct personal contact with customers.
Manage all pricing functions and new pricing requests.
Compile and analyze detailed pricing information, providing pricing comparisons based on findings.
Assist with reviewing, participating and providing feedback for RFP/proposal content, client responses.
Analyze multiple resources and tools to fully understand the customer's complex needs and desired output.
Facilitate and manage deal development process by collecting, inputting and monitoring client data through the deal team life cycle.
Assist TMC with updating CRM tool to maintain accurate deal/client information.
Gather necessary client information and prepare documentation for pre-sale activities.
Provide post-sale implementation support as appropriate.
Engage with TMC on data mining activities to identify untapped revenue opportunities and predict future trends.
Participate in driving new sales opportunities by identifying client needs and cross-selling Treasury Management products and services.
Participate in key relationship reviews when applicable.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree, or equivalent work experience
Three or more years of relevant experience
Demonstrated proficiency of all Treasury Management products, systems, processes and understanding of customer use.
Displays knowledge, proficiency and professionalism in explaining, selling and administering products/services.
Excellent professional communication and written presentation skills.
Self-motivated, strong critical thinking, negotiation, problem solving and decision-making skills.
Ability to manage multiple requests and deadlines simultaneously, set priorities and adapt to changing conditions with limited supervision.
High level of technological ability, especially Microsoft Office applications.
