Support planning, coordination, and delivery of platform initiatives across multiple concurrent workstreams
Translate strategic initiatives into structured delivery plans, milestones, and actionable tasks
Manage and balance BAU activities, incidents, and project delivery to maintain a consistent delivery flow
Prioritise competing demands (BAU vs projects) and support roadmap sequencing based on capacity and dependencies
Act as a key liaison between technical teams and business stakeholders, ensuring clear communication and alignment
Provide visibility on progress, risks, and delivery status through structured reporting and governance processes
Support backlog management, sprint planning, and adoption of Agile/Kanban delivery practices
Collaborate with architects and technical leads to align delivery with architecture, security, and integration standards
Identify dependencies, risks, and misalignments early, driving resolution through structured decision-making
Drive continuous improvement of delivery processes, tooling, and governance to enable scalable, efficient operations

3–5 years’ experience in technical project, program, or delivery management roles
Experience working and leading multi-disciplinary teams in large organisations, such as engineering, data, or platform environments
Strong track record delivering complex technical programmes
Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).
Experience working with ticketing systems, backlogs, and task management tools
Strong understanding of Agile, Kanban, and hybrid delivery models
Experience working with Salesforce, Service Now and Wrike platforms a benefit
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment
Team-oriented mindset with flexibility to adapt to evolving business needs.
