- Loan account review and reconciliation

- Escrow analysis and disbursement support

- Loan boarding and de-boarding support
- Processing daily settlements
- Tracking and reconciling daily incoming wires
- Clearing unidentified or mismatched wires
- Preparing servicing and investor reports
- Work on monthly servicing reports and resolve disputes by coordinating with subservicers
- Custodial and investor account reconciliations
- Ensuring regulatory and investor guideline compliance
- Supporting audits and QC reviews
- Updating SOPs and documentation
- Cross-functional coordination with internal teams and vendors
- Participating in system enhancements and UAT
- Handling investor questions related to payments, service releases, and batch confirmations
Requirements
- Experience in mortgage servicing or mortgage operations
- Understanding of servicing regulations and investor guidelines
- Strong analytical and reconciliation skills
- Proficiency in servicing systems and Excel/Sheets
- Strong communication and organizational skills
