oversees a team of Regional Sales Managers and is responsible for leading and overseeing sales operations within the following states: Florida, Mississippi, Alabama, Kentucky, Tennessee, South Carolina, Georgia
developing and implementing channel/customer strategies to drive revenue growth and achieve Volume and Gross Profit performance targets for each state
Develop and achieve Monthly-Quarterly KPI goals, monitor YTD and MTD progress
Deliver annual revenue and volume goals for the assigned states
Distributor Management
Drive improvement in Route market via brand alignment, raising level of performance from wholesalers, Win unfair share of time and money.
Build positive, credible, lasting customer relationships based on trust and value.
Develop a channel/customer business growth plan for each state.

Requirements
7-10+ years industry experience managing wholesalers-brokers and On/Off Premise customers
Alcoholic Beverage Supplier experience a bonus.
Proficient and professional use of systems to perform duties and responsibilities including the ability to build and structure customer presentations and product proposals.
Able to analyze and understand data/information while communicating effectively and clearly to a tailored audience in a fast-paced, results-driven environment.
Commercial financial understanding and acumen
Able to take responsibility for own actions and results; commits to providing a consistently high level of service to customers, suppliers, colleagues, and management.
Able to travel as needed, be nimble in ambiguity, be open to change, and embrace innovative ideas.
Must be able to pass a motor vehicle report (MVR), background and drug screenings for hire and randomly throughout employment.
Must submit and maintain valid auto insurance within three (3) days of hire and before each renewal, with minimum coverage of $100,000 bodily injury, $300,000 liability, and $50,000 property damage.
