- Living in the Ad Library, Reels, and TikTok For You Page
- Writing direct-response copy that hits pain points
- Scouting and briefing UGC creators
- Managing a team of designers and video editors
Requirements
- 3-4+ years experience as a Creative Strategist, copywriter, or social media manager at an ad/marketing agency
- Strong conversion copywriting skills
- Coordinated creative teams
- Native-level English speaker based in CET ±2 hours
- Bonus points if you've worked in education, coaching, info, EdTech or high-consideration, high-ticket B2C
