About this role
Role Overview
Manage customer relationships and onboarding projects for new clients
Empower existing customers through account management, training, and support
Work closely with the product team to communicate and prioritize requirements
Identify customer requirements and adapt the Ankaadia software solution accordingly
Collect customer feedback and identify opportunities for further development
Requirements
Some experience in customer support or account management, ideally in a B2B software environment
Enthusiasm for innovative software products
Goal-oriented, confident communicator with a proactive approach
Positive, energetic, and creative personality
Experience creating self-service content, e.g., user documentation, help-center articles, or training and onboarding videos
Excellent written and spoken German and English
Degree in business, communications, social sciences, or a comparable qualification
