About this role
Role Overview
- Strategy & Concept (Consulting): Lead workshops to identify business objectives and develop clear HubSpot strategies.
- Technical Implementation & Deployment (Hands-on): Execute strategies directly within the HubSpot instance (e.g., automations, pipeline setup, Custom Objects).
- System Integration: Provide operational support for connecting interfaces (APIs/apps) to the client's existing IT infrastructure.
- Performance & Optimization (Execution): Continuously analyze HubSpot performance and directly implement improvements.
- Commercials & Account Growth: Identify growth opportunities and technically expand existing solutions (upselling).
Requirements
- Strong experience with the HubSpot platform
- Strong experience in conducting workshops and conceptual design
- Experience in developing sales and marketing funnels
- Strong knowledge of CRM, HubSpot Marketing Hub, Sales Hub, and Service Hub
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Languages: Very good German (required)
- Good English skills
