Role Overview
- Lead and support payroll tax and payroll production associates by providing onboarding, training, coaching, and performance management
- Monitor workloads, assign priorities, and recommend redistribution of responsibilities to meet operational deadlines and service levels
- Deliver reliable payroll tax data to leadership and business partners
- Improve system controls and enhance vendor effectiveness
Requirements
- 6+ years of progressive payroll and payroll tax experience in a multi-state environment
- 2+ supervisory or lead experience supporting payroll or payroll tax functions
- Demonstrated experience with ADP payroll tax services
- Proficiency with Oracle HCM or similar enterprise payroll systems
- Experience supporting audits (SOX, internal, or external)
