Support sourcing, underwriting and assessment of logistics real estate acquisition and development opportunities in Italy;
Build and maintain relationships with real estate brokers, advisors and potential off-market sources;
Actively manage deal leads and follow-ups through daily use of internal tools and CRM systems;
Participate in negotiations with sellers and reflect outcomes in internal investment or development memoranda;
Prepare and review financial underwritings and cash flow models; support investment presentations and internal meetings;
Collect, analyse and assess comparable transactions, property values and market conditions through research, data analysis, broker outreach and site visits;
Assist in all aspects of due diligence and transaction processes, including coordination with internal teams and external advisors (technical, legal, tax);
Prepare key transaction documentation such as letters of intent, investment memos, market research reports and due diligence materials;
Support portfolio-related activities including leasing topics, budgets, asset strategy inputs and valuation exercises;
Manage relationships with external stakeholders (brokers, consultants, advisors) in coordination with the team;
Contribute to internal approval processes and ensure timely delivery of required analyses and documentation.
Requirements
Relevant logistics real-estate investment experience on the Italian market.
Strong analytical skills to independently analyse investment potential and price opportunities.
Building and maintaining a broker network in collaboration with the local team.
Clear drive to push in order to grow within P3 and become an independent manager of investment.
Language skills: Italian (native or bilingual), English (professional working level).
