Analyse industrial sites and run water audits to identify reuse and efficiency opportunities
Model and design water & wastewater treatment processes (PFDs, mass balances, simulations, P&IDs, technology selection, functional analyses, automation choices, etc.)
Assess and compare technical solutions including CAPEX/OPEX estimates
Support lab testing, pilot trials, and technology validation
Support installation & commissioning
Prepare clear technical reports and presentations for our team & clients
Capture learnings from projects and continuously improve our solutions
Requirements
Master’s degree in Process/Chemical/Civil/Bio engineering (or equivalent)
Several years proven experience in the industry or relevant equivalent (water sector is a strong plus)
Solid knowledge and appetite for industrial processes
Familiar and preferably expert in water treatment technologies, such as RO, IX, UF, NF, DAF, activated sludge and anaerobic digestion
Proactive, autonomous, structured, and a team player with an entrepreneurial mindset
Comfortable moving between office, lab bench, and muddy job sites
Fluent English with an intermediate French level (B2); Dutch is a plus
Legally authorized to work in Belgium (EU citizenship or valid Belgian work permit)
