Role Overview
- Join a two-person team within the Middle Office
- Configure new transactions and their covenants in the new management tool
- Contribute to the development of forecasting tools
- Improve monitoring processes to increase efficiency
- Produce internal reporting
- Participate in closings and understand the key finalization steps
- Monitor contractual obligations and information covenants
- Update tracking tools
- Contribute to the analysis and negotiation of waivers and contractual amendments
Requirements
- Master’s degree level (Bac+4/5) in finance, law, management or business school
- Interest in complex contractual and financial matters
- Rigour and attention to detail
- Reliability
- Good interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a small team
- Advanced Excel skills
- Familiarity with data management tools is a plus
- Professional-level English
- Additional language is a plus (Spanish)
