About this role
Role Overview
- Manage the legal department of the country and lead the local team
- Report on legal activities and handle local litigation and insurance matters
- Support corporate transactions, including M&A and project financing
- Negotiate and draft contracts in Spanish or English
- Provide legal advice and manage litigation cases
Requirements
- Master’s degree in Spanish Corporate law or Renewable Energy Law
- At least 5 years of experience as an in-house legal advisor in the renewable energy sector
- Strong skills in legal analysis and risk management
- First experience in team management would be appreciated
- Fluency in both Spanish and English is required for the position.
