Accounting Manager – Accounting Supervisor

Role Overview

• Oversee the full management of the team’s client portfolios, including preparation of financial statements and tax filings.
• Lead and mentor a team of accounting staff, fostering a collaborative and motivating work environment.
• Promote digitalization and automation of accounting processes.
• Develop and implement strategies to improve operational efficiency and client satisfaction.
• Work closely with clients to understand their needs and provide strategic financial advice.
• Contribute to the improvement and development of our processes and, more broadly, Legalstart's service offering.

Requirements

• Degree in accounting (Bachelor’s level or higher).
• At least 5 years of experience in an accounting firm.
• Strong accounting skills and solid knowledge of taxation.
• Proven expertise in team management.
