3-5 years of experience in data operations roles with progressive responsibility increases
Must be an operator. You’re a person that likes to get your hands dirty and learn processes from the bottom up.
Proven ability to look at messy and unstructured data & operational workflows, deconstruct them, and rebuild them with the future state in mind.
Willingness to do the manual work to understand the problem.
You prefer shipping an 80% automated solution today over planning a 100% perfect solution for next year.
