Role Overview
- Build the foundation of data-driven decisions
- Design and maintain data pipelines and integrations
- Own data quality, definitions, and modeling
- Create dashboards that make complex data easy to act on
- Define and track key metrics across product, growth, and company performance
- Support teams and leadership with analysis that informs priorities
- Partner with Product and Marketing to design and measure A/B tests
- Track outcomes and ensure learnings lead to follow-up action
Requirements
- Strong experience across data engineering, analytics, and infrastructure
- Hands-on skills in building pipelines, tracking, and integrations
- Experience with dashboards, visualization, and data storytelling
- Ability to communicate clearly with both technical and non-technical people
- Professional English (Norwegian is a plus)
