As a Data & AI Platform Engineer, you’ll design and build the foundations that make advanced analytics and AI possible at scale.
Your work will focus on designing and building modern data platforms in Azure, aligned with the Cloud Adoption Framework, to enable advanced analytics and AI use cases.
You’ll design and build scalable, secure, and future-proof platforms, leveraging automation and Infrastructure as Code to ensure everything you deliver stands the test of time.
You’ll collaborate with colleagues from different areas of expertise such as data engineers, BI developers, cloud specialists and AI experts, depending on the scope and needs of the client.
You’ll work closely with stakeholders on the client side, making sure the platforms you build create real business impact.
Requirements
A university degree in Computer Science, Software Development, or a related field – or equivalent practical experience.
Proven experience building Azure-based data platforms, preferably in large-scale enterprise environments.
Practical experience with, and up-to-date knowledge of, modern Azure services like Databricks, Data Lake, Data Factory, Azure OpenAI, Azure AI Search and Azure AI Foundry.
Strong skills in Infrastructure as Code, with practical experience using Bicep and Terraform.
Experience with Azure networking concepts, including virtual networks, subnets, network security groups, and the configuration of private endpoints for secure service connectivity.
Programming skills in PowerShell and Bash, with additional experience in Python considered a plus.
Experience with containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
Fluency in English, both written and spoken. Swedish is considered a strong plus.
Experience with any of the following is a bonus: Azure certifications (e.g. Azure Administrator Associate or Azure Solutions Architect). Previous experience from technical consulting projects.
